Registration fee covers:
Monday, April 7: Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception
Tuesday, April 6: Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks
Withdrawals/Cancellations/Refunds:
Please contact "A Suburban World" ( asuburbanworld@vt.edu) if your plans change and you cannot participate. Your assistance will help us to prepare a more accurate conference program and may allow another person the opportunity to participate.
Refunds of paid registration fees:
Prior to February 28: full refund less a $50 administrative processing fee
After February 28: no refunds granted
Conference participants are responsible for all travel-related expenses and for booking their hotel rooms.
